Bodywork Supervision
for Practitioners
When a client/practitioner relationship feels like it is
causing the practitioner to grow in unfamiliar ways, a supervision appointment or two with an
experienced practitioner can be very helpful.
From a technical viewpoint, a fresh look at well
established cases can be energizing. New techniques, or
a creative approach to using known ones, can bring a fresh
perspective, especially to chronic cases.
If what the practitioner observes seems like transference/counter-transference
issues, then its appropriate to
seek assistance specifically relating to those issues.
Karen's dental hygiene practice of 18 years, as well 20 years
as a bodywork practitioner, make her especially
qualified to assess, supervise and offer suggestions to
bodywork practitioners. Please call and make
arrangements for Karen to review your situation.
